Which versions of QuickBooks™ does Minute7 work with?
Minute7 works with any QuickBooks™ Desktop versions from 2006 onwards (including QuickBooks 2009), and with QuickBooks Online Edition.
How much does it cost?
A subscription costs just $4 per user, per month. There are no signup, setup, software, hardware, download or update costs. You pay nothing upon signup — try it free for 30 days with no obligations!
What if I want to try it out, but I decide I like my old system better?
You can deactivate your Minute7 account at any time, with no cancellation fees or hard feelings. But please let us know if there's anything we can do to keep your business.
What will I need during the signup process?
All you need during the signup process is your name, email address and a password. You can update your user account and company account at any time. Don't worry — we would never sell, rent or otherwise distribute your personal information or send you unsolicited email
Is my data backed up?
Yes. All data is backed up nightly, so that we are prepared for a full recovery if something goes wrong. All of our servers are hosted at Amazon Web Services, a leading hosting provider with secure datacenters and a 99.9% up-time guarantee.
Is my information secure and confidential?
Yes. We take security and privacy very seriously. We encrypt all your billing information and all data transmission is conducted through SSL, just like a bank.
